Temp Mail for Hailuo: What the Signup Actually Asks For

What Hailuo is, in one paragraph

Hailuo AI is the consumer video brand of MiniMax, a Shanghai AI company. It runs in the browser at hailuoai.video, and it generates short cinematic clips from text or from an image you upload. New accounts receive welcome credits, plus a small daily bonus, according to the 2026 guides we read — enough for a couple of short test clips. Paid plans exist above that, with monthly credit allotments. We are not repeating the guides' exact credit counts as fact here, because they differ from guide to guide and change often; the shape is what matters — a small free allowance, then paid tiers.

That shape is exactly why the email question matters. Your credits live on your account, and your account lives on your email address. A temporary inbox can hold the door open for the signup, but if the credits expire in days anyway, the account behind them is a short-lived thing by design. The honest use for a throwaway here is a first experiment, not a library.

How a test run would go

1. Open a fresh inbox on TempoMailUSA first. Basic use needs no signup on our side — open the site, get an inbox, read the mail. The free domain is chapsmail.com.
2. Go to hailuoai.video and look for the email signup. The guides describe a Register / Log In control in the corner, with email or Google as the options. Choose email.
3. Enter the temporary address and confirm it. The tutorial we read describes signing up with an email and confirming — watch the temp inbox for the confirmation message and act on it while the inbox is live.
4. Claim the welcome credits and make one clip. Keep the test small: one prompt, one short render. That tells you whether the tool's motion and quality suit you, which is the only question a first visit needs to answer.
5. Save the clip immediately. Download anything worth keeping before you close the tab. If the account was built on an inbox that expires, assume you will not get back in.

Watch out for lookalike sites. One MiniMax review we read warned that impersonation sites promising free video generation are common in this category, and to check the domain carefully. That warning is worth repeating: only use the official Hailuo address you verified yourself, and never type a password into a page you reached through a search ad.

The catch nobody mentions in the signup guides

Free credits that expire in about three days change the maths of a throwaway account. Even if the signup works perfectly, the thing you signed up for is already counting down. That is not a reason to avoid Hailuo — it is a reason to test it promptly, in one sitting, rather than opening an account "for later" and finding the credits gone when later arrives.

There is a second catch for anyone outside China: some guides note that creators in China can also log in with a phone number or WeChat, while international signup runs on email. We did not verify the phone path ourselves, and it is not something a temp inbox helps with either way. If a phone step appears, the email-only plan stops there — another reason to keep the test light and the expectations low.

TempoMailUSA does offer temp numbers for SMS verification as a separate feature, and custom domains for users who connect their own domain, but those are side tools. The core question for Hailuo stays the same: a temporary address is a way to look, not a way to keep.
